About Insanity
Insanity is a 60-day program, based on the concept of maximum intensity interval training, with short breaks between blocks of exercises. These intervals range from a few seconds of explosive exercises to more than a minute of high intensity. It mainly uses body exercises, with minimal equipment. The intensity of the sessions varies according to the different blocks, with softer recovery sessions aimed at aerobic training.
It is divided into several phases:
Fat burning exercises: they are focused on aerobic and cardiovascular in order to burn calories more quickly.
Strength and resistance exercises: routines with the aim of toning muscles and gaining resistance.
Recovery: a gentle routine to prepare the body for the next part.
Abs with cardio: toning abdominal exercises while burning a lot of calories.
Max Circuits: these are the most intense routines in extreme full body training.
