With it you can start an auction and participate in an auction.
Auctions in the auction are completely private and only those with whom the owner shares the auction data can access a particular auction.

Why try it?
Nowadays, public auctions are held in several expensive ways. In air-conditioned rooms, in urns located at distant points, and others. Participating in a public auction is also complicated because it entails travel costs, and in some cases you do not have the opportunity to increase the price that we are willing to pay.
With the auction it's quite different. Only the winner needs to travel to collect the product. This eliminates immense operating costs. And for being transparent, participants have the chance to fight for the product, paying more if they wish. (In closed urns, this is not possible) Below are other advantages.
