The system combines an IT platform that collects crop and environmental data, then organizes, interprets and integrates them automatically, indicating the best time to carry out the phytosanitary treatment. After entering some simple data (such as position of the plot, type of processing, variety and date of sowing), the system clearly and immediately returns information relating to the infectious pressure of brown rust and yellow rust, septoria, powdery mildew, fusarium of the ear as well as the risk of onset of mycotoxin deoxynivalenol (DON).
The tool, which is aimed at both technicians and cereal growers, allows you to easily achieve various benefits, including:
• improve yields and grain quality, and therefore crop profitability;
• enhance the genetic characteristics of the cultivated varieties
• Reduce the environmental impact of phytosanitary treatments
