Celia and Savio, friends, accomplices and husband and wife. Together since 2004 we have been lucky enough to gain experience with the best chefs from Spain, Austria, Germany, England and finally Italy, in Puglia specifically, where we had the opportunity to work in restaurants known all over the world and where we have appreciated and loved the lateness of good Apulian cuisine.
Together we began to dream of creating something that would allow us to bring everything they had taught us here. We could have thought of a restaurant, but we wanted something more, we wanted to be something more. The rhythms are changing, technology is advancing, there is less and less time to cook and even less to devote to the search for good products.
There, sitting in the "grandmother's sottano", we had the idea; a cuisine that combined the pleasure of slow-fire ragout with new dishes and different flavours. The news? You can order online, by phone or by visiting us, we cook for you and deliver it wherever you are.
Our philosophy includes maximum quality, the best raw materials processed step by step by us, eco-sustainable packaging and a quick and safe home delivery service, all with respect for the environment.
