In an old pizzeria, in via Milano 134 / D in Bolzano, Passione Pizza da Angelo was born in October 2016.
Angelo was born in 1967 and grew up in a family of merchants and his secret dream is to cultivate his passion for food that leads him to go around the municipalities next to his village with an auto shop selling pizza by the slice and panzerotti.
This passion of his leads him to open a pizzeria in his village.
In 2016 the desire to change the environment and to be able to give his family one more chance leads him to move to the town of Bolzano where he opens his new pizzeria flanked by his wife and children.
In April 2019 he opens a restaurant in Via Palermo 37 / D which must close due to the advent of the covid.
But Angelo is not discouraged and decides to move the Pizzeria in Via Milano to that of Via Palermo n ° 37, also expanding it with an important area dedicated to gastronomy.
The specialties of the new pizzeria / deli vary from a limited selection of gourmet pizzas to the preparation of old dishes cooked in the restaurant: first and second courses including fish.
The dishes are prepared with a selection of high quality ingredients seasoned with the usual passion. Brimi certified mozzarella prepared with 100% milk from South Tyrol, San Marzano fillets, capocollo coming directly from Calabria, just like the 'nduja from Spilinga.
