went through the whole process of setting up the hearing aids and then when you don't use it for like 1 week it just updates and now I have to do it all over again. why can it not just save my damn profile? I seriously have to re-set the entire thing every time I use this app?

The app worked fine on my cre c20 hearing aids, but after setup, I had to uninstalled it on my android s21 because it was making my bluetooth unstable. The hearing aids seem to be working fine, though. It looks like if I were to do any future adjustments, I would have to reinstall and then uninstall it again.
