ADCL DM App is a Karnataka Govt Scheme.
The District Manager communicate about the issues from Beneficiary and Franchisor.
*In ADCL DM App the District Manager should write an official Letter or any attach file like Audio, Video, Image, Document to the Beneficiary OR Franchisor and request them to respond/take necessary action.
*DM can view the Grievance and Complaints details through the status Open, Assign, reply, Close and Escalated.
*DM can view the letter from Managing Director of Corporation and respond to provide a detailed report after spot inspection and interaction with concerned Beneficiary Or Franchisor against which Grievance or Complaint received.
*In ADCL DM App, After receiving letter from Corporation the District manager should revert within 30 days receipt of the letter.
