*Franchisee can view Complaints and Grievance details through status Open, Assign, Reply, Close and Escalated.
*In this Franchisor App, , if Franchisee wants to submit Grievance against Beneficiaries, the Authorized person from the Franchisor will report Grievance by writing to the Managing Director of the Corporation.
*Franchisee can view his Beneficiary Grievance.
