The E-Shanyraq system gives residents the opportunity to get complete information about a residential building and about the management of public utility services by the Management Bodies, which ensures quality service and transparency in the housing sector.
The application is designed for owners, governing bodies and subjects of service activities of residential buildings.
E-Shanyraq has various modules:
The "My House" menu allows you to see the components (such as entrances, elevators, windows, etc.), technical passport and engineering networks of a residential building.
The "Planning" module allows you to see upcoming events, their date and full details of the event.
“Applications” allow owners to leave their applications (with a complaint or proposal) around the house, where photographs and videos can be attached as evidence of a particular problem in your Moscow Railway.
The “Meetings” module automates the process of holding a meeting thanks to electronic voting through EDS, as well as live voting of owners through the Management Bodies, which allows you to comfortably resolve issues related to the provision of utility services.
The "Reports" module provides owners with complete monthly and annual reports on the management of the residential building, prepared by the Governing Bodies. It also contributes to transparency and quality in home management.
The Accounts module will allow owners to view information about the balance of funds in their current and savings accounts, as well as view the unloading of cash flows attached by the governing body.
The "Agreements" module will provide registration of agreements concluded between the governing body of Moscow Railways and service providers.
In this functionality, owners can view the data of contracts, information about the supplier providing the service, the amount of the contract and their terms.
There are also mailings in the System that the Management Bodies can send to all owners for notification for one reason or another.
