The Investment Project module of the mobile application is designed to view project data.
In the “Investment project” section, the System displays information on existing contracts, and also displays all participating users in the framework of this project.
The display of Investment projects varies depending on the level of user access:
Access to regional investment projects for regional users;
Access to all projects for users of the central office.
The “Contracts” module of the mobile application is intended for viewing contracts within the framework of an investment project. Within the framework of this module, the System enables all users of this contract to view documents, technical resources, users with the role of Regional contract manager for the following functions:
The ability to view contract data to all parties to this contract;
View the added documents in the contract;
View building machines and mechanisms previously added by the user with the role of Contractor in the "Technical Resources" section;
View previously added documents by category;
View a list of users participating in the contract.
The Jobs module in the mobile application is designed to automate the processes of creating daily reports from the Contractor, as well as to view information on data in the Jobs module.
The “Work” module has the following functions:
View information on the execution of work for the previously specified plan;
Adding a monthly plan of types of work, for convenience and tracking the schedule of the Contractor;
View the calculation of the monthly lag on the fact of the performance of work;
Monitoring and control of deadlines;
View the status of approval of types of work;
The Daily Reports module in the mobile application is designed to automate the process of agreeing daily reports from the Contractor.
The Daily Reports module allows you to:
technical supervision and the regional administrator of contracts to coordinate or send for revision the types of work with viewing daily reports with predefined parameters;
the user with the role of technical supervision to coordinate the report with a comment indicating the contractor;
attach reports subject to technical supervision;
view reports sent for revision, finalize according to comments and send for approval.
The “Push Notifications” module is intended for notification of events in the System:
to your personal account;
by e-mail;
in the form of a push notification.
The mobile application provides settings for turning on and off push notifications.
The main types of notifications:
after successfully adding users to the contract;
about the availability of a new contract;
on the result of the coordination of the schedule of types of work;
on the availability of a report for approval by type of work;
lagging behind the schedule by type of work;
About the request for a change in the schedule of work.
