The user can open calls that deal with problems in the city's public lighting, informing the location, image and can inform more details such as bus, plate, reference point, among others.
In addition, the user will be able to follow his calls, being able to then keep informed about possible updates. Any modification of the status of the call, which informs if it has been accepted, refused or is under review, will be updated and made available in the application to keep the user always informed about the real situation of the problem and if appropriate due measures have already been taken.
