The application is a citizen service channel for problems related to public lighting in the city.

It aims to report problems with respect to public lighting in each city;
Monitor registered protocols;
The user can open calls that deal with problems in the city's public lighting, informing the location, image and being able to inform more details such as bus, nameplate, reference point, among others.
In addition, the user will be able to track their calls, and then be able to keep informed about possible updates. Any modification of the status of the ticket, which informs if it was accepted, refused or if it is under analysis, will be updated and made available in the application to keep the user always informed about the real situation of the problem and if the appropriate measures have already been taken.
