About EZ Citizenship

Whether you are preparing to become a US Citizen, or if you just want to learn about American civics topics, this app provides a variety of learning tools to learn about civics topics that are covered in the civics test for those applying for US Citizenship.

Wherever you go, from your Android phone or Android tablet, you can learn about important civics topics. All audio in this app is presented at slower speeds, to help English language learners understand the content better. The Learning Videos section has 12 lessons, that cover US history, from early American colonial days, to the 21st century. The videos also cover many other topics, including geography, rights and responsibilities, symbols and celebrations, and lessons on each of the three branches of American government. Each video lesson concludes with a review of civics test questions covered.

The Learning slides section covers the same twelve lessons, but focuses closely on the questions that will be on the civics test. All slides feature automatic audio playback. Throughout each learning slide lesson, civics test questions are reviewed.

The Flash Cards allow you to review just the questions and answers to civic test questions in each lesson. A number of civics test questions, have answers that will be different, depending on where you live. If you put your address into our app, it uses the address to find the name of your two senators, your representative in congress, your state's governor, and your state capital. To protect your privacy, the address is only stored on your phone. All flash cards feature automatic audio playback, just like the learning slides. As you review the flash cards, you can earn bronze, silver, or gold badges as you master each lesson.

When you are ready to test your knowledge of civics topics, you can take a practice test! You can either choose to be tested on one of the 12 lessons, or you can take a test with 10 random questions, from the list of 100 possible questions. All practices tests include automatic audio playback so you can hear, and see, each question. As you master each lesson, you can receive badges, just like you do with the flash cards.

Download this free app from the Play Store today, and have fun, as you learn more about your new home, in the United States.
