IDValida

The IDValida app allows you, as a company:
- Invite your workers to download this application to manage their time records.
- Register the centers to associate the signings of the workers of said centers.
- Assign heads of centers to validate the time transfers made by the workers under their charge.
- View the companies, centers, managers and workers registered as users in this application.
- Register administrative offices and users so that they can configure the structure of the company according to their needs.
- Register the legal representatives of the workers to allow them to view the working hours of the workers they represent.
- Prepare reports in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Authority.
- View reports of records of workers between contracts and subcontractors, prior authorization.
The IDValida app facilitates those responsible for the work centers:
- Validate or reject the entry or exit records of the workers under their charge.
- Manage cancellations of hourly transfers.
- View the status of the validations of the hourly records of the workers in your charge
The IDValida app allows your workers:
- Register easily through your company invitation.
- Be associated with several work centers and different companies at the same time.
- Choose the work center to which to associate your time signings.
- Register the entrances and exits in each of the centers to which they are assigned.
- Choose between clocking the entries or exits with automatic schedule, or manually entering the clock times.
- File with the Construction Professional Card (TPC), in physical or virtual format.
- View, at all times, the total hours worked and the records pending validation by the assigned center manager.
- Cancel hourly transfers due to possible mistakes.
