The IGVSNextCal calculation simulator is a helpful tool to promote energy rehabilitation and achieve more efficient, more thermally comfortable and more environmentally friendly homes. As a result, it will provide an estimate of the rehabilitation actions necessary to meet the different Next Generation aids managed by the IGVS, or the amount of these actions, or the amount of the aid, or the estimated investment and the cost of energy covered by the works.
The purpose of this tool is to provide the owners or users with prior information that will help them make a decision to carry out the works, to proceed with the technical order to prepare the documentation required for the presentation of the applications for framed aids in the resilience plan for a realization of works.
For this, it will start from two existing data in the Moviga application, available on the IGVS website, records of the cadastre, year of construction, number of houses and the estimated area of the exterior envelope. The residential buildings in Galicia were modeled based on their construction characteristics, and different types of actions were classified to complete an energy rehabilitation that meets the requirements of the aids and technical regulations in force.
