"Hello Saathi, India’s only free menstrual and sexual reproductive health helpline that provides access to credible Menstrual Health Hygiene (MHH) & Sexual Reproductive Health (SRH) education and telemedicine consults is launched to provide self-care advice and resolution and doctor consultation for any Menstrual Health and Sexual Reproductive Health concerns for the people from marginalised areas.
This is an internal app that allows Helpline Agents (Swasthya Saathis) to collect detailed caller information, queries, concerns and document the knowledge (resolution) provided by them to callers. The Helpline Agent can then securely upload the patient case for relevant remote telemedicine doctors to view and consult. The app also enables doctors to communicate with the Helpline Agents for any additional information needed and prescription is shared with the Helpline Agents to be shared with the patient. This app also enables Helpline Agents to add caller to the free knowledge based audio stories based on their preference.
