MSF Diabetes Care Helpline is launched to provide free-of-cost telemedicine services and real-time medical advice to patients who are unable to access medical advice or guidance through existing means.
This is an internal application that allows MSF medical staff to collect detailed patient complaints and symptoms and generates a comprehensive clinical case history. The application also allows them to capture details of previous medications, diagnostics, prescriptions and treatment.
The application also enables doctors to connect with the patient for any additional information or to provide real-time remote advice and follow up consultations regarding their medical condition.
