This app is exclusively for patients of private on-site health centers, powered by Mount Sinai. The Health Centers have teams of providers specializing in primary and urgent care, with a robust specialty referral network and a team of Personal Health Navigators to assist with registration, scheduling, referrals, billing, and more.

To access the on-site Health Center services, eligible individuals must first register using their work email. Registration can be completed within the app.
