The Museum of Memory and Human Rights's mission is to publicize the Human Rights violations committed by the State of Chile during the civil-military dictatorship between September 11, 1973 and March 10, 1990; dignify victims and their families; and promote reflection on the importance of democratic values, respect and tolerance so that these events are never repeated.
