With simpleDrive you can easily host your personal cloud.
No need to send your private data into the unknown, to entrust some company to take care of our files.
simpleDrive is free and open source, so you are welcome to contribute to the development.
For testing, you can use "http://demo.simpledrive.org" as server in the app (user: demo, pass: demo).
Then simply download the simpleDrive server package from
http://simpledrive.org/
Set it up on your Linux machine and you are good to go.
There is still a bunch of things, I'm currently working on.
Your credentials are securely stored within an Android Account, so you only need to enter your username/password once.
While browsing, the app is constantly syncronized with your server, so your files are always up-to-date.
