In light of the increasing and the rapid development of enhanced ICT education patterns, and the need to strengthen the education sector and the development of human resources to gain access to the knowledge economy. The open educational resources is one of the important means to facilitate access to knowledge opportunities for learning and education and create a collaborative and participatory with the world, and open the door to everyone for creativity and innovation. This course aims to raise awareness about the importance of open educational resources in terms of production, re-use and re-distributed according to high quality standards, and also aims to promote open educational practices to improve the quality of education and its outputs so that the teacher and the learner can employ those resources in educational contexts enhance atheist century skills and contribute to the professional development of human resources. This course is part of the efforts of UNESCO in the Arab region to develop the education sector in general, and to encourage the production and use of open educational resources in Arabic learning and education.
