The Natural History Museum in Belgrade is one of the oldest Serbian national institutions. This museum is one of the most important in Southeast Europe in terms of the wealth and diversity of the exhibits, the results achieved in the field of museology and science. It was officially founded in 1895, and then it was called the Natural Museum of the Serbian Land.[1] Despite having 2 million items and artifacts, the museum has no permanent exhibition or adequate exhibition space.
