Akai Machi means "Red City" in Japanese.
Our idea is to bring back the traditions of cooking Japanese cuisine, to bring back the old taste. Today, many bars and cafes with Japanese cuisine have appeared on the market, but unfortunately many of them have lost the thread of taste and traditions of this cuisine. Our chefs have extensive experience in preparing real sushi and rolls, we will return the former taste and enjoyment of Japanese cuisine.
