Get access to Public Services Culture
Register or log in with a verified account of the State Services Portal. To issue the Pushkin Card, give your consent in the mobile application. When the card is ready, a notification will come. Issue and maintenance are free. Use the poster of events if you do not meet the conditions of the "Pushkin Card" program

Card limit — 5000 ₽
You can spend 5,000 ₽ on the events of the Pushkin Program, of which up to 2,000 ₽ are for movie tickets.
The card cannot be cashed out or replenished independently

Movie tickets
The Pushkin Card can be used to pay for tickets to Russian films created with the support of the Russian Ministry of Culture, the Cinema Fund, and regional authorities in the field of culture. It is also possible to purchase tickets for domestic films from the "golden collection"
