The Mebel ARM application is an "Assistant" and allows the service provider (employee):
- View real-time schedules of Deliveries and Assemblies provided by employers
- Maintain a personal calendar of delivery and assembly tasks (add, sort your "personal" tasks) - such tasks are stored exclusively in the memory of the mobile device and are not synchronized with external storage
- Agree with the client the date of work on the assembly of furniture and translate the agreed tasks into a work schedule
- View photos of sketches attached to the Order (for example, the arrangement of furniture in the 3D modeling program)
- Maintain a photo report (photo-fixation) of the performed "services"
- Fix applications for a complaint (photo) and defective parts
- Accept payment from the client on the spot and send data on the accepted payment to the "central node" (the formation and distribution of checks is performed by the "central node")
- Make calls to customers directly from the mobile application
- Go straight from the mobile application to the route from your location to the client's address using the installed Yandex Navigator, Yandex Maps or 2GIS applications.
- "Start" and "End" the execution of the "service"
- Receive push notifications about new Orders from customers
- Receive push notifications (before assembly) that the furniture has already been delivered to the client
Features of the Mebel ARM mobile application:
- The application allows you to view the task in off-line mode, but the exchange of critical data with the "Central Node" is carried out in on-line mode
- There can be several "central nodes", i.e. the user of the application can receive tasks and perform work from several employers
- The exchange goes through the http (s) protocol in json format
- The application cannot fully function without at least one account of the "central node" of the Enterprise
