The target audience of the application is the participants of the Loyalty Affiliate Programs, who are tired of carrying a pack of plastic loyalty cards with them. Clients of our Partners will receive virtual analogues of loyalty cards of Affiliate programs, the opportunity to see the programs of our other Partners and issue a loyal customer card.
The main functionality of the application:
• registration of the client in the system, installation of a pair of login / password and access code in the application
• if you are a member of the RUKARD PC Partner Loyalty Programs, then in the “My Cards” section of the application the cards of these programs linked to your account will be displayed
• Information is available for you on each of your cards
• You will be able to view the list of operations performed using your card
• A check for operations with a loyalty card is now always with you, this is especially important in case of returning goods purchased under the Loyalty Program
• choosing a particular loyalty card from the list, you can use its virtual counterpart - a QR code - for presentation at the cash desk in the Partner’s store. You will be served as if you presented a plastic card
• use the news feed - receive Push notifications and messages from Partners about ongoing marketing campaigns, take advantage of the benefits that Partners offer you.
• View information about the Partner, information about his stores and their geolocation
• if you do not yet have a card of our Partner - issue it directly in the application and use it when servicing in the store. Conveniently.
