Expenses are taken into account in the context of Organizations (places of purchase), as well as wallets and currency. Quantitative and total accounting is maintained.
- Transfers - A document that allows you to transfer money between wallets, to track the balances of funds on them.
- Credits - Record the movement of funds that the user borrowed / lent. These funds are not expenses, they only adjust wallet balances.
For the analysis of cash flow, there are reports (on income, expenses, balances and the price of goods).
To facilitate home bookkeeping, a QR-code, barcode scanner is built-in. I will dwell on this point in more detail. The legislation obliges all organizations to generate a QR code in their receipts.
Now all data about your purchases is collected in a single database, and you can check them using different services. There are check verification sites, mobile apps, even apps that pay you for scanned receipts or give you cashback for promotions.
First you need to register on the FTS website. Then we scan the check. By clicking the button "Receive information on a check", the download is made by check positions, as well as the organization's data.
It is difficult only for the first time, while the main elements of the reference books are filled in. Basically, all expenses are repeated from month to month, especially for the category "Products". It is possible to set up a reminder scheme in advance (for example, 5 days in advance, then 1 day in advance, and on the day of the event).
- Developments. A kind of diary or calendar that records the date and time of an event. There is a mechanism for setting the reminder period.
- Notes. It is used as a scratch pad to record any information.
- Passwords. Section for storing passwords to any user accounts.
My tasks.
The section that implements the Eisenhower Matrix is a method of effective organization of time, helping to achieve quick and significant results and always be in time. Use the Eisenhower Matrix as a prioritization tool. Visually, these are 4 quadrants, in each of which tasks for the current day are marked.
