This app was created to help people who have, or may have, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). The app provides users with information about PTSD, about professional help and treatment, contact information for support, a self-test for PTSD and tools that can help users deal with problems that appear in everyday life with PTSD. The tools range from relaxation exercises and positive self-talk to techniques for dealing with anger and other common self-help strategies. Users can customize the tools based on their own preferences and can integrate their own contacts, photos and songs or audio files. The app can be used by people who are undergoing treatment and by people who are not undergoing treatment.
