LIMBO pizzeria digitized the delivery process with a mobile application. The mobile app is currently available to LIMBO staff. A direct connection to the back-end system enables the transfer of data from the online store (food ordering) to the delivery service. The application uses the location of the delivery person, which provides added value for the customer, as everyone who orders food online receives a unique link to SMS or MAIL, through which they can track delivery.
The application provides the following features:
• taking food from the kitchen for delivery
• direct access to the customer's telephone number (for delivery purposes)
• direct navigation connection via Google maps
• Completion of delivery (in this part, a function is triggered, through which the tax is confirmed and an invoice is issued, the customer receives the invoice via e-mail, thus reducing paper consumption and maintaining a green environment)
• Review of driving archives
