Born into a modest family, she developed a passion for music very early on and it was thanks to her uncle that she was introduced to music at the age of ten, when he gave her her first opportunity to launch with a first single “I would like to sing” on the compilation (Ti Boug Kréol). She then continued her learning of music without ever following any training: drums, keyboard, guitar, singing... At only fifteen years old, Ophélie was already a complete artist. It was as a teenager that she set foot on her first stages, performing in Benjam concerts.
