Step 1: Download the Online Protection application
Step 2: For protection within the Orange network, you must have the Online protection Basic service (for mobile services) or Online protection Doma (for fixed internet services) activated. If you have not yet activated it, you can do so in the My Orange application or in the Customer Zone.
3. Step: To protect devices outside the Orange network, it is necessary to have the Smart device service activated for 2 euros per month. This advanced functionality can not only check your device with an antivirus scanner, but also create a secure VPN tunnel that connects you to the Orange network and maintains your level of protection even when you are connected to a public Wi-Fi network.
