The Veterinary Surgery I Portici is born from the collaboration of two Veterinary Doctors with the same objective: to provide a complete assistance and care service for your pets in the Vinovese territory.
The idea was born in 2014, and after a year of planning and research, in April 2015 we inaugurated the I Portici Veterinary Clinic.
After graduating, each of us undertook our own work experiences, finding ourselves working in the same team for three consecutive years (2010-2012). Thus the desire to create a structure where we can carry out our profession and put at the service of your animals the knowledge acquired in the various fields of Veterinary Medicine, and the scientific experience gained over the years is born.
At the Veterinary Clinic I Portici your four-legged friend will have a medical center equipped to deal with any eventuality: medicine, surgery with gas anesthesia, laboratory diagnostics, ultrasound and digital radiology. The services provided in our facility pay particular attention to monitoring the patient and his psycho-physical well-being. The choice to collaborate with fellow specialists in all fields of pet medicine, allows us to offer an even more complete service.
The continuous evolution of Veterinary Medicine confronts us with the need to update our knowledge, in order to offer an increasingly competent and innovative service.

THE STAFF
Dr. Giuseppe FARANDA
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Grugliasco (TO) in 2009, with a thesis on cardiology of the dog and cat. After several practical internships in clinics and clinics around Turin, and a 3-month practical internship in Spain, in Murcia, with particular interest in Diagnostic Imaging, Cardiology and Surgery, he began his work at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, in the field of urgencies and intensive care.
After three years of work in the Veterinary First Aid, he moved to France, working for a year in a veterinary emergency clinic on the French Riviera, and for another year in a veterinary clinic in the Var department.
In 2015, he opened the I PORTICI Veterinary Clinic, in Vinovo, joining with Dr. Grippo.
Particular interest in Diagnostic Imaging, Surgery and Internal Medicine.
Dr. Gabriele GRIPPO
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Grugliasco (TO), in 2007, with a thesis in parasitology. The same year he began his career as a freelancer, working in various clinics and clinics in Turin and the Province.
In 2009 he began a collaboration, still active, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Grugliasco (To) as a doctor in Intensive Care, and later as a First Aid doctor (since the opening of the same in 2010).
In 2015 he opened the I PORTICI Veterinary Clinic, in Vinovo, joining with Dr. Faranda.
Particular interest in Emergency Medicine and Intensive Care, Internal Medicine and Anesthesiology
