subsequently legally transformed into a joint stock company, it operates mainly in the geographical area of the city of Genoa but also in the neighboring provinces. It has specialized in passing the years in building internal restructuring works of housing units, continuing with ordinary and extraordinary external and internal maintenance of condominium complexes, renovations, restorations and restorations, including conservative ones. Subsequently it has expanded its business with new construction from ground to roof of small buildings for residential use and construction and / or renovation of buildings for industrial use, adaptation to safety regulations, fire prevention regulations and removal of architectural barriers, changes in destination d 'use.
All activities are carried out paying maximum attention to respect for the environment, using suitable products and processes for this.
The workforce employed in the production of services is made up of n. 18 employees, divided between 4 level workers, specialized, qualified and common, a Technical Construction Surveyor, a concept administrative employee.

- Excavations and earthmoving

The headquarters, where an administrative office and a technical office also operate,
it is located in Genoa Via Sestri civ. 68 int. 4.
The warehouse used for the storage of equipment and materials
it is also located in Genoa in via Negroponte civ.7-9 rr.
With a view to the growth and improvement of the company, in order to offer an ever better service and obtain a quality above the average, over the last few years the following have been obtained:
- Certification by ICIC of the Organization's Quality Management System in compliance with UNI EN ISO 9001: 2000 standards for the EA 28 sector (certificate 537 / SGQ / EA28-01 / A) issued on 02.04.2003, subsequently renewed on 20.01.2006, on 16.02.2009, on 26.04.2012.
From 27.04.2015 the certification of the Quality Management System of our organization has been entrusted to RINA Services S.p.A. (certificate n.32127 / 15 / S issued on 05.05.2015 with subsequent expiration on 29.04.2018).
- Certificate of possession of the qualification requirements for the execution of public works, issued by SOA RINA Spa as dictated on the subject by the current SOA regulations for the OG1 class III category from 28.06.2005. Given the progress of the company with the acquisition of orders of higher value and quality, we have obtained the recognition of the higher qualification reaching the OG1 class IV category from 07.11.2008
