The Festival celebrates art and cinematographic spectacle with productions of artistic quality and cultural value, with exclusive premieres for Paraguay and generally unknown on local commercial circuit screens. It seeks to educate the public in cinematographic culture and in access to cultural diversity. Cooperate with the approach of nations. It promotes Paraguayan and regional audiovisual production and contributes to the professional training of Paraguayan talents and the use of films in formal education.
