NZILA Leaders is a regularly constituted non-profit association, subject to Gabonese law and governed by the provisions of Law No. 35/62 of December 10, 1962 relating to associations. It is based on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to improve the quality of life of vulnerable people. It is full of a plurality of committed young people, from diverse backgrounds and benefiting from varied experiences; NZILA Leaders has nearly twenty-seven thousand (27,000) followers on social media.
NZILA Leaders created the NzilaMe application to help young middle school and high school students flourish with the teaching body the family body.
This application is based on three parts, the good citizen's guide, inbox and association membership.
- "The good citizen's guide", by respecting SDG 3 "Good health and well-being" and SDG 4 "Quality education", makes it possible to instil republican and civic values in future generations in order to become aware of the interest and scope of each action they may take. Civic education has always been at the heart of our education system and its strengthening is necessary to participate in the construction of the citizen of tomorrow. It is proposed in the form of a playful game, relating to civic-mindedness, general culture.
- "Inbox" is a digital mailbox, which allows young people in the first and second cycle to ask the problems they are facing, whether at school or family level, anonymously to the teaching staff, social workers or the heads of parent-teacher associations. They will be able to ask questions related to school life, personal problems that would prevent them from concentrating in their studies and better still, to report cases of aggression, harassment and the like. This would be a way to restore trust between the students and the teacher.
Membership of the NZILA Leaders association is a component that will allow anyone to join the association, which will automatically entitle them to a number, once they have paid the membership fees.
