The Ogasso app allows users to place orders for on-site, take-out or home delivery. It shows the availability of products throughout the Ogasso restaurant chain. In addition, it is now possible to reserve a table directly from the app and communicate more effectively with Ogasso customer service with each reservation or order.
The Ogasso application offers four (5) modules: User account; Menu; Ordered ; Reservation; Cat
- User account :
To be able to use the Ogasso application, you must create a user account. The procedure for creating a user account is very simple. If you already have a Gmail or Facebook account, it is possible to register with one click. Otherwise, it is necessary to fill in the few fields of the registration form.
Users with an Ogasso account can connect directly using one of the methods offered (Gmail, Facebook, Ogasso identifiers)
Registered users have a profile that allows them to view their order and reservation history by date.
- Menu:
The menu section of the application presents the list of Ogasso products. This list can be filtered by product category (Broth, Side dish, Drink).
All the products on the menu can be selected according to their availability to fill a basket of orders.
- Ordered :
An order is made in four (4) phases:
Preparation: It is a question of choosing the products, the restaurant, the reception time slots and the reception mode (Delivery, Take Out, On Site) and finally sending it to Ogasso for processing
Confirmation: An Ogasso employee confirms that your order has been taken into account and is being prepared. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Payment (Optional): Users can pay via Airtel Money. This allows the order to be given priority over those who have not yet been paid
Finalization: You can rate the service and notify the system of the successful finalization of the order.
- Reservation :
The reservation is made on the same model as the order except that there is no prepayment, it is just an appointment. Thus during the preparation it is given the possibility to choose the number of people and the date, the place, the time slot of the reservation.
- Cat:
A messaging system is integrated with each reservation and each order, which makes it easier to communicate with Ogasso's customer service.
