The International Coffee Week (SIC) is an initiative that brings together all the goals of the coffee sector - nationally and internationally - for the socially and economically sustainable growth of Brazilian coffee. In this platform of attractions are coffee growers, roasters, classifiers, exporters, buyers, suppliers, businessmen, baristas, coffee shop owners and connoisseurs. During the Week, the largest trade fair in the sector - the Café Brasil Space - is held, which generates business and contributes to the formation of the quality coffee market through technical events.
