WeBIAT

It is an application designed and built by and with employees: It is a new communication channel. Its objective is to be able to strengthen HR proximity while meeting the needs of BIAT staff, to facilitate access to information, but also to promote a common corporate culture and connect them with each other. WeBIAT is the brand for the digitalization of HR within the Bank. It will appear in a first version and will be continually improved with new features.
