Later, the Governor, who made statements about the "Education Tokat" Project. Ozan Balcı said that the greatest wealth is human. Stating that we need to train our people in the best way, Governor Dr. Ozan Balcı noted that very good works were prepared by the Directorate of National Education within the scope of the Education Tokat Project. Stating that Tokat should be number one in the book, Governor Dr. Ozan Balcı said, “All schools should have a library. Each child should carry a book. Reading books and culture must be formed. Tokat is one of the rare cities where the works of the Seljuk, Ottoman and Republic period can be seen. A place with a brewed city, a brewed man-made and a brewed culture. It must be an example to Turkey Tokat. We need to support these projects. Tokat should be an example to Turkey on this issue. " he spoke.
