Journaling morning and evening is a fantastic habit and the question prompts are good at getting me thinking more positively and planning some self care into my day. The morning live session is great. Everyone is supportive and friendly. The sessions are gentle and soothing and I'm learning new techniques to help me be kinder to myself. North star exercise is helpful to get you thinking more deeply about your values. Had a few technical issues with the app but hopefully smoothed out now.
