The app is constantly crashing. Have had multiple issues with getting a schedule or schedule updated. It often changes the pick up location while in route which is frustrating for not only drivers but riders. Stops can be at random places blocks away from where the passenger is or wants to go. sometimes the addresses given do not even exist physically. The navigation system will send you across difficult traffic flows rather than on routes that are more efficient.

Very affordable transportation system in Omaha Nebraska, I wish they had more publicity for members of the community to be aware to be able to use their services. At $3.00 a ride like I paid from the Omaha Eppley Airport to 52 street and Fort Street. no other ride apps can let you pay that cheap.
