The Electronic Panel is a module for the control, communication and transparency of plenary sessions and facilitates the work of the Board of Directors regarding the conduct of votes and the control of time for speeches, asides and points of order. All information, such as the presence of councilors in the session, matters being voted on, votes of parliamentarians, are visible to the public through a TV installed in the session room.
The Electronic Panel can also be viewed in real-time transmissions of ordinary and extraordinary sessions on the Canal da Câmara on Youtube and will facilitate the monitoring of votes on matters of collective interest and learn how each councilor voted.
At the time of voting, the panel displays:
The name and number of the project with the result of its approval with day, month and year.
The names of parliamentarians in alphabetical order with the acronym of the party or coalition.
The vote. YES or NO and abstention.
The number of S + N + A votes equal to the number of gifts
The panel announces the result in writing and verbally
