The project “Career Guide and Mobile Application for Employees“, which was developed to develop a career planning guide and mobile application to help future employees, current employees and managers in their career plans, is included in the Erasmus KA2 strategic partnership projects funded by the European Union. The aim of this study, which aims to prepare the working class against possible career changes in this period of the Industrial 4.0 revolution, was to produce three intellectual outputs. In the project, İhtiy Training Needs Analysis gerçekleştiril was carried out with various research methods in order to determine whether there will be training needs in the future due to changes in technological developments in the business world for those who will join the workforce in the future and those who are still working. In the second phase of the project, a career guide was created in the light of the training needs analysis results and a mobile application was developed accordingly.
