It seemed like a good idea…
Until you actually need support and they are in NZ and the US rep won’t reply to any of your correspondence. As a Covid Compliance Director, I was excited to use this technology but it’s difficult to understand and allowing only one owner causes major issues. Did I mention the lack of customer support???
