Freezes
The app keeps freezes and won’t let me type anything in to do anything

Difficult to use
This app is terrible and the admin cannot help you get logged in. A waste of time and energy for a part time job

Doesn’t even deserve a star
Learning modules are not formatted very well for phone. Sometimes hard to click answers. On the drag questions I can’t even complete the module because the app doesn’t let you drag the answers to the correct photo/topic.

The worst app in the history of apps
A 2 hour course has already taken that amount of time and I’m not even halfway through. The screen will not move to where you need to go. You can try to scroll but it doesn’t (when it should!). I have an up to date phone and good connection but the app does not respond as it should. Total waste of precious time!

I have to delete the app and reload at least once a day. Session expired error constantly displayed. Ceridian needs to get it together in the learning space. total junk
