There is, and ServiceBox is its' name. ServiceBox is an end to end software for service companies. The system allows for work orders to be created for a customer and a job site. Each work order can be scheduled and assigned to a technician in the field. When a technician accesses the work order they can see what work needs to be done, create a quote or estimate, can check in and out of a site, enter time, materials and purchase orders, upload photos from the job, and complete checklists for repeatable maintenance. Once the job is completed invoices and payments can be taken on site or processed by the office staff who immediately know when when a job is completed. Once invoicing is done all invoices can be synced to Quickbooks Online, Quickbooks Desktop or Sage 50(Canada), thus eliminating repeated data entry. The employee's timesheet is automatically populated from the time entered in the work order, and so removing the need to enter info in twice. For companies that need to perform repeated maintenance and have to manage contracts with customers we have added features such as recurring work orders, contract management, and maintenance reports
We have two types of users in our system; Administrators (owner/office/managers) and Basic Users (field staff). Each of these users has different security access to the system, and is customizable. Each company’s site is highly customizable as well, adapting to their current work flow as much as possible.
ServiceBox operates over the internet and helps to connect office users to the technicians in the field. The ServiceBox app is one way for your technicians and field staff to access the ServiceBox application.
