VixxoLink

The VixxoLink mobile app is used by technicians completing work for Vixxo clients. The app was specifically designed to allow technicians to time in and out, assess the work that needs to be done, document it efficiently, then obtain sign off.

The VixxoLink Mobile App for Technicians streamlines:

• Job site check-in, using location data to allow for one-touch time ins
• Searching and reviewing Service Requests
• Documenting work performed, including adding photos
• Searching for and selecting assets, parts used, and actions taken on the job
• Capturing job resolution details and client sign-off
• Offline support

Upon installation, please ensure the VixxoLink Mobile app is granted Location permissions to ensure timing in through the mobile app is enabled.

*** Access to the VixxoLink mobile app is managed by your Service Provider back office. Please obtain your login credential information before downloading and installing VixxoLink.***
