Come a long way yeah right
Every time Vixxo seems to solve their issues they seem to turn around and shoot themselves in the foot. It’s almost like they don’t even want us to actually submit anything. It used to crash if you were out of the app for too long (still does but much less) now god forbid I have to upload more than 7 pictures. Then it crashes wipes out all my info and I get to start again and pray to every god that this time it won’t crash. My most recent crash has now left my call suspended in a constant attempt to upload(not even sure why I hadn’t hit submit it crashed when I hit save on the 10th picture) so now I get to call their customer support line and talk to someone with a terrible phone connection and a rudimentary grasp on the English language while I attempt to explain and give them part numbers for everything I’ve done. Increasing my call time and bill. Good luck go with a different app or company. Every time they get their act together they fall on their face with the next step. Completely incapable of putting one foot in front of the other. Oh and good luck giving detailed notes with their character limit that we’ve talked to the developer about and they still do nothing to increase or remove that feature.

Terrible app
After I complete a service call and get the manager to sign off. It never includes the manager‘s signature. Just a horrible app.
