GPS location and real-time tracking: Every punch is associated with a GPS location. Managers can see in real-time the location of employee clocking transactions, run reports to view saved geotag location data and other statistics, and perform other operations through the SubItUp management portal.
Multiple authentication methods: Employees can be authenticated using various entry methods including having the device's camera function as a barcode scanner (saving you money by eliminating the need to purchase or lease additional equipment). Other entry options include using an external scanner, unique pin number entry, phone number, username and password, and more.
Online and Offline Modes: Don't always have a connection? Use the SubItUp Time Clock time clock in areas with high cell-service saturation and/or no internet access. Our offline time clock syncs time clock data directly with the SubItUp platform once a connection is established

Roster Punch: Need to quickly clock in a group of employees? SubItUp Time Clock's roster time clock feature allows managers to manually clock in multiple staff at the same time. Set clock in times based on employees’ scheduled shift start time or by the time the manual clock in occurred.
Schedule Verification: Want to more accurately project labor costs and save your managers time doing time and attendance reconciliation? By having employees clock in for scheduled time, the SubItUp Time Clock app will reference an employee's scheduled shift and automatically reconcile their clocking transactions with their scheduled shift. Restrictions and thresholds can be set to only allow clock in times based on the start and end times of the scheduled shift, prompt notifications to managers for certain clocking transactions, and require manager overrides for certain actions. Need to have employees clock in for unscheduled time? Don't worry, the SubItUp Time Clock app can be configured to allow for unscheduled clocking transactions as well.
