Never Works When You Need It
Like the title suggests: when you really need it the app and service fail time and time again. When apartment building companies contract out to the cheapest bidder this is what we get.

Worst Internet I’ve ever Used
I am not kidding when I say this. It’s the worst wifi I have ever used. I have better wifi in third world countries. It’s slow , constantly disconnects, the customer service people are useless. All they do is say that they are going to escalate it and nothing ever ends up happening. All their work is outsourced so goodluck trying to understand the person on the other line.
