Pod Conscious lets you record, arrange and playback short audio reminders that repeat every few minutes.

Instructions
1. Accept the permission notifications so that Pod Conscious can use your microphone and send you notifications.
2. Decide what you want to record (recordings are a maximum of 10 seconds)
3. Tap and hold the record button. Speak your reminder clearly and loudly into the microphone.
4. Play your reminder back to see if you like how it sounds.
5. If you don't like it, click the garbage icon and start again.
6. I you are happy with it, tap the blue button at the bottom of the screen to name your reminder (this name will also pop up when the reminder plays)
7. Save the name.
8. Now you will be faced with an empty playlist page. You will have to create a new playlist.
9. Tap the blue button at the top to create a new playlist.
10. Name it.
11. Choose a photo if you would like to set up a theme and thumbnail.
12. After creating your playlist, you simply need to tap on it, the recording you have created will be saved to the playlist you tap (there is no animation or notification so this can feel a bit abrupt when you first use it.)
13. You will be taken back to the 'record' tab to create another recording.
Playing
Once your done, tab to the playlists, choose the one you want to play and start it up! Good luck!
